Return Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the cost of return shipping if the return is the result of our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).

You should expect your refund within four weeks of handing over your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Items button. Once your returned item has been received and processed, we will notify you by email of your refund.

Transportation

We deliver to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some products are subject to restrictions and some products cannot be delivered to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you select. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, you may see shipping date estimates on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of each such item can be found on its detail page. To account for the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
