1. Basic provisions

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the Buyer's order by the Seller.
The buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with these terms and conditions before submitting the order.

2. Ordering goods

Orders are accepted via the e-shop at www.xanthos.sk .
The buyer is obliged to provide true and complete information necessary to process the order.
After sending the order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail with order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if it is not possible to secure the goods.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices are listed in EUR including VAT and are final.
The order price includes delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.
The buyer can use the following payment methods:
- Online card payment
- Bank transfer

4. Delivery terms

The goods are delivered via courier service to the address specified in the order.
Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
In the event of a delay, the Buyer will be informed immediately.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The Buyer can withdraw from the contract by sending a form or e-mail to info@xanthos.sk .
The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

6. Complaints and warranty

The seller provides a warranty for the goods in accordance with applicable regulations (24 months, unless otherwise stated).
Complaints can be submitted in writing or by e-mail to info@xanthos.sk .
The seller is obliged to handle the complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt.

7. Protection of personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
The buyer has the right to access, correct or delete their personal data.
Detailed information about the processing of personal data is provided in the "Privacy Policy" section on the website www.xanthos.sk.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may use the online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection.

9. Final provisions

These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the website.
The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
